The Admissions Process
For most families, the admissions process begins in the fall of the year before a student will be attending Rejoice. Parents can schedule a tour or visit an Open House.
Families then apply when applications open in October. There is a non-refundable $30 application fee per student in preschool and a $60 application fee per student in kindergarten through 12th grade due at the time of application.

Preschool Application Process
To apply for the K3 program school year, a student must turn 3 years old by September 1 of the school year which they are applying. To apply for K4, a student must turn 4 years old by September 1 of the school year they are applying.
The admissions timeline for preschool is:
- October 15, 2026: Applications for 2027-2028 are available to complete online (to apply, click here)
- Spring & Summer 2027: Preschool screenings will be scheduled
Elementary, Middle School and High School Application Process
The application process for kindergarten (K5) through 12th grade includes:
- Completion of an RCS online application
- Pastor and Teacher email addresses will need to be provided in application for all applicants
- Personal reference (family friend, coach, mentor, etc.) email address will need to be provided (6th-12th Grade applicants only)
- Submission of academic records
- Family Interview
- Guidance Counselor Appointment (6th-12th Grade applicants only)
- Student Essay (for 9th-12th grade applicants only)
